Payment Options & Policy Updates

Please select your preferred payment method below. All payments are secure and processed through trusted third-party platforms.

Payment is expected in full at the time of billing unless one of our two available 3-month payment plan options is arranged with our office.  (Hopefully in advance of treatment.)

Please note that self-managed payment plans (such as sending partial payment checks over time) are no longer permitted. This policy change is due to legal requirements, as our practice is not a lending institution and cannot meet the regulations necessary to offer or manage internally financed payment arrangements.

We understand that changes like this can take time, and we sincerely appreciate your flexibility and willingness to adapt as we transition to this updated system over the coming months.

Card Payment

Credit, Debit, HSA, FSA & VEBA

Pay securely with your card through our patient payment portal.

  • No fee for debit, HSA, FSA, or VEBA cards
  • 3% surcharge applies to credit cards
  • Save your card on file for future payment ease
  • Automatic 3-Month Payment Plans can be set up but you must call or text the office to get this established.  Fees will be at the patient's expense.

Bank Transfer (ACH)

No-fee option — we cover the transaction cost

Pay directly from your bank account. No card needed.

  • Practice covers the $1.50 transaction fee
  • Automatic 3-Month Payment Plans can be set up for this method too, with help from the office.  There is a flat $3 fee per month/per payment to be paid by the patient.  Call or text the office for help in setting this up.
